Quite fast but customer service is lacking

Results Summary

Unfortunately, Eurofins does not work well with our University ordering system. We have to go through their website to get a "quote" of the services we would like to buy, then send them the quote through our purchasing department. It would be nice if the company would be willing to accept orders without having to go through their website. Their customer service also leaves something to be desired. We never receive confirmation that they have received our order. After a week of waiting, I finally called them to find out they had received the order but it was never shipped out. However, I did receive the order the day after I placed that call. Finally, obtaining the sequencing data is taking longer than it used to. A year ago, we got the sequencing data the morning after we send the samples in. Now, we usually get the data the evening after. This is not a big difference (morning versus evening) but when you are anxiously awaiting results, every hour counts :)
