Assay was run as per manufacturer's instructions. In duplicate, a standard curve was run as were serial 1:2 dilutions of canine plasma and canine plasma spiked with the standard. The standard curve had excellent CVs and dynamic range. However, the assay failed to return values that reflected the presence of the spike. In summary, the assay does not recognize the standard spiked into canine plasma.
