Human PBMC reconstituted NOD-scid IL2rγcnull mice (NSG mice) were sacrificed and single cell suspensions from the spleens were used for flow cytometry. This antibody was used for detecting human CD3 expression on human CD45 gated cells isolated from these humanized mice. The result showed a clear CD3+ population which confirms the specificity of this antibody.
