Product Name:

APC anti-mouse CD4 Antibody

Catalog Number:

100412

Mouse total T cells were collected and activated by anti-CD3/CD28 antibody (hamster derived) in vitro (pre-coated with goat anti-hamster antibody) for 3 days and stained with this antibody. During our experiments (including those run using this antibody), we used a number of different antibodies to look at the phenotype change of CD4 T cells. For example, if we want to look at CD62L subpopulation in CD4 Tcells, if CD62L is PE-conjugated, then we have to use CD4 FITC-conjugated, or PE-Cy7-conjugated (at least not PE channel). These are always dependent on the color set.
