The aim of the research is to study bone marrow progenitor cells in cancer. In my experiment, I tested if a cytokine associated with tumor promotion alters cell counts. We selected CD48 Antibody from Biolegend specifically because CD48 is expressed in myeloid cells and can be found in bone marrow. Using this product I was able to differentiate myeloid subsets.

No need to define the best working concentration. Pretty dim fluorochrome counterbalance a highly expressed marker. Some compensation required with APC, APC-Cy7 and Bv711.
