We use this antibody to discriminate between thymus derived versus peripheral induced regulatory T cells in mouse spleen on a regular basis. It works like a charm. It has very good quality and can be highly diluted. We use this in combination with CD3, CD4, CD25 and FoxP3. Stained cells can be Fixed/Permeabilized and the antibody is stable.
