Highly recommend LA Taq Polymerase

This taq is optimum to expand any gene from 1kb to 15kb. It works particularly great for the ones bigger than 2kb. The PCR product can also be topo cloned as it does not have the AAA tag in the end. For recombinant mouse, the encrypted gene could only be identified using this kind of highly specific hot start taq. The protocol suggests 5U/reaction, but the taq works great even with half of that.
