The aim of the research is to study lymph node myeloid cells in cancer. In my experiment, I tested if a cytokine associated with tumor promotion alters cell counts. We selected CD169 Antibody from AbDSerotec specifically because CD169 is expressed in myeloid cells and can be found in adult lymph nodes. Using this product I was able to differentiate myeloid subsets.
