The aim of the research is to study bone marrow hemopoietic progenitor cells in cancer. In my experiment, I tested if a cytokine associated with tumor promotion alters progenitors counts. We selected Brilliant Violet 510™ anti-mouse CD3 from BioLegend specifically because CD3 is expressed in T cells and can be found in adult bone marrow. Using this product I was able to exclude differentiated subsets and focus on progenitor cells.
