Brilliant Violet 711™ anti-mouse/human CD11b Antibody

Anti-mouse CD11b BV711 is a great antibody. Works good with cells from kidney. I selected this antibody for multicolor flow cytometry experiments to identify macrophages in kidney. Other markers we used are CD64 and F4/80. On BD Aria II sorter BV711 had very little or no compensation with colors on violet laser like BV421 or 650NC. The antibody concentration required is very less. For my experiments, I titrated 2ul antibody per 2*10^6 cells.
