Male Wistar rats aged 7 weeks were exposed to GaN-on-GaN (GoG) LED for 2 hours at 4000 lx or conventional white LED (XE) (Xanlite XXX Evolution 5 W) for 1 h 10 min at 8000 lx, receiving the estimated retinal dose of 1 J/cm2.
