Fig 2: Müller cells were left untreated (C) or treated with tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a) (50 ng/mL) or vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) (50 ng/mL) for 24 h. ADAMTS-1 (panel A) and ADAMTS-2 (panel B) expression levels in the cell lysates were determined by Western blot analysis.
