GOAT ANTI MOUSE IgG (H/L):DyLight®488 (MULTI SPECIES ADSORBED)

HeLa cells were fixed with 3% PFA and permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100. Nuclei were stained with 1.5 µg/ml DAPI. Immunofluorescence was carried out using a Mouse monoclonal antibody specific for the human tubulin alpha 4A chain followed by AlexaFluor 488 conjugated Goat anti Mouse IgG antibodySTAR117D488GA, Goat anti Mouse IgG DyLight^®488 at 1/50.
