Then cell cycle was assessed by flow cytometry and cell-cycle-related proteins (CDK2, CDK4, CDK6, P21) were detected by Western blot. (c,d) Combination treatment prompted apoptosis in DLBCL cells. Cells were treated with indicated concentrations of SHR2554 and HBI8000 for 72 h. Then apoptosis determined by FITC+ PI- cells and FITC+ PI+ cells was assessed by flow cytometry and apoptosis-related proteins (Cleaved PARP, Caspase 3, XIAP, Mcl-1, Bcl-xL) were detected by Western blot. (e) Combination treatment increased acetylation of H3K27 in DLBCL cells. Cells were treated with indicated concentrations of SHR2554 and HBI8000 for 48 h.
