Phospho-p38 MAPK (Thr180/Tyr182) Antibody

Cell Signaling Technology's Phospho-p38 MAPK (Thr180/Tyr182) Antibody is a Rabbit Polyclonal antibody. This antibody has been shown to work in applications such as: Precipitation, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, and Western Blot. The Phospho-p38 MAPK (Thr180/Tyr182) Antibody was generated using MAPK12, MAPK13, MAPK14, and mitogen-activated protein kinase 14 as the antigen and it reacts with Homo Sapiens, Human, Mouse, Rat, Drosophila/Arthropod, Non-Human Primate, Porcine, and Yeast/Fungi.

Description

Phospho-p38 MAPK (Thr180/Tyr182) Antibody detects endogenous levels of p38 MAPK only when activated by phosphorylation at threonine 180 and tyrosine 182. This antibody does not cross-react with the phosphorylated forms of either p42/44 MAPK or SAPK/JNK. It will also react with p38 singly phosphorylated at Thr180 and singly phosphorylated at Tyr182
