Fig 1: The mRNA expression patterns of five genes from normal and lung cancer tissue samples. Five genes are differentially expressed with a 1.2-fold change (AAH to normal tissue, ADC to normal tissue, and ADC to AAH) in all nine patients. Only FUT2 remained as the candidate gene when a fold-change cut-off of 1.5 was applied. The patient specimens and the numbers were obtained from a previous study [8,17].
