Description
The CD8 antigen is found on a sub-set of normal cytotoxic/supressor cells, which make up 20-30 percent of peripheral blood lymphocytes. It has also been reported on natural killer cells, 80 percent of thymocytes and sub-populations of peripheral blood null cells and bone marrow cells.
