ReadyTector® contains all ingredients for a quick one-step immunodetection. Only a specific primary antibody has to be added. “All-in-one” stands for all ingredients in one solution as well as for all-in-one step. Blocking and binding of primary and secondary antibodies are carried out simultaneously. The only additional step is washing with the specific ReadyTector® Wash Buffer.
Despite the fast, all-in-one incubation process, ReadyTector® reduces background, allowing users to generate clear, distinct bands suitable for publishing.
