Anti-PFM4 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PFM4 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PRDM7 gene, which encodes PR/SET domain 7. This protein is known to function in chromatin organization and the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. The human version of PFM4 has a canonical amino acid length of 492 residues and a protein mass of 55.8 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and chromosomes of cells and notably expressed in the testis. This target antigen may also be known as ZNF910.
