Anti-OTT3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the OTT3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the RBM15B gene, which encodes RNA binding motif protein 15B. This protein is known to function in mRNA processing and RNA splicing, among other biological roles. The human version of OTT3 has a canonical amino acid length of 890 residues and a protein mass of 97.2 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the cerebellum, urinary bladder, and caudate. Other names for this target antigen include HUMAGCGB and HsOTT3.
