Anti-HTR1DB antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target HTR1DB is a known alias name of the protein 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1B, encoded by the HTR1B gene in humans. This 390-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in chemical synaptic transmission, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated, palmitoylated and phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed in cerebral artery smooth muscle cells. Other synonyms for HTR1DB include 5-HT-1B, 5-HT-1B, and 5-HT-1D-beta. Indicated applications for HTR1DB antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry.
