Anti-HL2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the HL2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DNAH6 gene, which encodes dynein axonemal heavy chain 6. The human version of HL2 has a canonical amino acid length of 4158 residues and a protein mass of 476 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the nasopharynx, fallopian tube, cerebellum, and bronchus. HL2 is a member of the Dynein heavy chain protein family. Indicated applications for HL2 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
