Anti-IFI1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The IFI1 antigen is another term for the human protein immunity related GTPase M, encoded by the IRGM gene. The protein is reported to be an immunity-related GTPase that plays important roles in innate immunity and inflammatory response. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 181 residues and a mass of 20.1 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasmic vesicles, mitochondria, Golgi, lysosomes, and cell membrane and it is widely expressed across many tissue types. The IFI1 protein is a member of the IRG protein family.
