Anti-HGCN:14099 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target HGCN:14099 is a known alias name of the protein C-C motif chemokine receptor 4, encoded by the CCR4 gene in humans. This 360-amino acid residue protein is a high affinity receptor for the C-C type chemokines CCL17/TARC, CCL22/MDC and CKLF isoform 1/CKLF1. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features phosphorylated and glycosylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in soft tissue, small intestine, pancreas, lymph node, and cerebellum. Other synonyms for HGCN:14099 include CC-CKR-4, CD194, and CKR4. Some HGCN:14099 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
