Anti-HIN1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target HIN1 is a known alias name of the protein OTU deubiquitinase 4, encoded by the OTUD4 gene in humans. This 1114-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in innate immune responses and protein deubiquitination, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. Indicated applications for HIN1 antibodies listed below include ELISA.
