Anti-CXXC2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CXXC2 is a known alias name of the protein lysine demethylase 2B, encoded by the KDM2B gene in humans. This 1336-amino acid residue protein is reported to be a histone demethylase that demethylates 'Lys-4' and 'Lys-36' of histone H3, thereby playing a central role in histone code. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. Indicated applications for CXXC2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
