Anti-CXXC2 Antibody Products

Anti-CXXC2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CXXC2 is a known alias name of the protein lysine demethylase 2B, encoded by the KDM2B gene in humans. This 1336-amino acid residue protein is reported to be a histone demethylase that demethylates 'Lys-4' and 'Lys-36' of histone H3, thereby playing a central role in histone code. I express recombinant proteins with HA tag in mammalian cells and try to monitor condensate formation with osmotic stress. Since there are no good antibodies against my protein of interest, tagging with a small HA tag allows visualization of my protein with the help of immunofluorescence.
