Anti-BRPF2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target BRPF2 is a known alias name of the protein bromodomain containing 1, encoded by the BRD1 gene in humans. This 1058-amino acid residue protein is reported to be a scaffold subunit of various histone acetyltransferase (HAT) complexes, such as the MOZ/MORF and HBO1 complexes, that acts as a regulator of hematopoiesis. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be highly expressed in the testis. Other synonyms for BRPF2 include BRL, BRL, and BRPF1. Indicated applications for BRPF2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
