Anti-DEUP1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein deuterosome assembly protein 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 604 amino acid residues and a mass of 71 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the CEP63 protein family, DEUP1 is known to be involved with multi-ciliated epithelial cell differentiation. The DEUP1 marker can be used to identify Airway Deuterosomal Cells.* Synonyms for this target antigen include coiled-coil domain-containing protein 67, deuterosome protein 1, and coiled-coil domain containing 67. DEUP1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of DEUP1 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
