Anti-RAIG3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the RAIG3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the GPRC5C gene, which encodes G protein-coupled receptor class C group 5 member C. This protein is known to function in GPCR signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of RAIG3 has a canonical amino acid length of 441 residues and a protein mass of 48.2 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles and cell membrane of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. RAIG3 is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 3 protein family.
