Anti-SAP30 Antibody Products

Anti-SAP30 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein Sin3A associated protein 30. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 220 amino acid residues and a mass of 23.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is reported to be expressed in all tissues tested with highest levels in the pancreas, ovary, PBL, spleen and thymus; lowest levels in the brain, placenta, lung and kidney. A member of the SAP30 protein family, SAP30 is reported to be involved in functional recruitment of the Sin3-histone deacetylase complex (HDAC) to a specific subset of N-CoR corepressor complexes. Synonyms for this target antigen include 30 kDa Sin3-associated polypeptide, Sin3 corepressor complex subunit SAP30, Sin3-associated polypeptide, 30kDa, Sin3A-associated protein, 30kDa, and histone deacetylase complex subunit SAP30. SAP30 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of SAP30 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
