Anti-FAM165B antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target FAM165B is a known alias name of the protein small integral membrane protein 11, encoded by the SMIM11 gene in humans. This protein has a canonical amino acid length of 58 residues and a mass of 6.9 kDa. It is localized to the membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is found to be expressed in the heart, spleen, liver, stomach, muscle, lung, testis, skin, PBL and bone marrow.
