Anti-CD266 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The CD266 antigen is another term for the human protein TNF receptor superfamily member 12A, encoded by the TNFRSF12A gene. The protein is a known receptor for TNFSF12/TWEAK. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 129 residues and a mass of 13.9 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane and it is reported to be highly expressed in the heart, placenta and kidney. Other alias names for CD266 include FN14. Western Blot is the most common application for the CD266 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Flow Cytometry, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
