Anti-Protein kinase C zeta antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene PRKCZ in humans. The gene may also be known as PKC zeta, PKCZ, PKC2, PKC-ZETA, protein kinase C zeta type, and nPKC-zeta. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 67.7 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
