Anti-FGF3 Antibody Products

Anti-FGF3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein fibroblast growth factor 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 239 amino acid residues and a mass of 26.9 kDa. It has been described to be a secreted protein. It is notably expressed in the cerebellum. A member of the Heparin-binding growth factors protein family, FGF3 is known to play an important role in the regulation of embryonic development, cell proliferation, and cell differentiation. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include INT2, INT-2 proto-oncogene protein, V-INT2 murine mammary tumor virus integration site oncogene homolog, and HBGF-3. FGF3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of FGF3 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for these antibodies.
