Anti-ACAP2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ArfGAP with coiled-coil, ankyrin repeat and PH domains 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 778 amino acid residues and a mass of 88 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the endosome and membrane. It is widely expressed across many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include CNT-B2, arf-GAP with coiled-coil, ANK repeat and PH domain-containing protein 2, Arf GAP with coiled coil, ANK repeat and PH domains 2, centaurin-beta-2, and CENTB2. ACAP2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some ACAP2 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
