Anti-UFSP1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein UFM1 specific peptidase 1 (inactive). In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 142 amino acid residues and a mass of 15.1 kDa. It is a member of the Peptidase C78 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include inactive Ufm1-specific protease 1 and UFM1-specific peptidase 1 (non-functional). UFSP1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Some UFSP1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. These antibodies are most commonly used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
