Anti-PLGRKT antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein plasminogen receptor with a C-terminal lysine. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 147 amino acid residues and a mass of 17.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is reported to be expressed in peripheral blood cells and monocytes. PLGRKT is a known receptor for plasminogen. Synonyms for this target antigen include 5033414D02Rik, plasminogen receptor, C-terminal lysine transmembrane protein, transmembrane protein C9orf46, and plasminogen receptor (KT). PLGRKT gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Some PLGRKT antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
