Anti-AADACL2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein arylacetamide deacetylase like 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 401 amino acid residues and a mass of 46.1 kDa. It has been described to be a secreted protein. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the GDXG' lipolytic enzyme protein family. AADACL2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. ELISA is the most common application for the AADACL2 antibodies listed below. Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
