Anti-Endonuclease DLAD antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Endonuclease DLAD antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DNASE2B gene, which encodes deoxyribonuclease 2 beta. This protein is known to function in the apoptotic pathway, among other biological roles. The human version of Endonuclease DLAD has a canonical amino acid length of 361 residues and a protein mass of 41.7 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the lysosomes of cells. Other names for this target antigen include DNase II beta, DNase II-like acid DNase, and DNase2-like acid DNase.
