Anti-ACTR3C antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein actin related protein 3C. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 210 amino acid residues and a mass of 23.7 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Actin protein family, ACTR3C is believed to play a role in the suppression of metastatic potential in lung adenoma carcinoma cells. Synonyms for this target antigen include actin-related Arp11, actin-related protein 11, and ARP3 actin related protein 3 homolog C. Immunohistochemistry is the most common application for the ACTR3C antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
