Anti-ZCCHC2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger CCHC-type containing 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1178 amino acid residues and a mass of 125.9 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include zinc finger CCHC domain-containing protein 2, zinc finger, CCHC domain containing 2, and C18orf49. ZCCHC2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some ZCCHC2 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Immunocytochemistry is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunofluorescence is also a common application.
