Anti-OR11H4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 11 subfamily H member 4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 324 amino acid residues and a mass of 36.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 11H4 and olfactory receptor OR14-36. OR11H4 gene orthologs have been reported in the bovine species. Some OR11H4 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
