Anti-OR52I2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 52 subfamily I member 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 350 amino acid residues and a mass of 38.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 52I2 and olfactory receptor OR11-12. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR52I2 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
