Anti-GNA14 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein G protein subunit alpha 14. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 355 amino acid residues and a mass of 41.6 kDa. A member of the G-alpha protein family, it is known to be involved with signal transduction pathways. Synonyms for this target antigen include guanine nucleotide-binding protein subunit alpha-14, g alpha-14, guanine nucleotide binding protein (G protein), alpha 14, guanine nucleotide-binding protein 14, and HG1I.
