Anti-SLC35E3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein solute carrier family 35 member E3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 313 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. A member of the TPT transporter protein family, SLC35E3 is believed to be a type of transporter. Synonyms for this target antigen include bladder cancer-overexpressed gene 1 protein and solute carrier family 35, member E2. SLC35E3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These SLC35E3 antibodies are widely used in Immunohistochemistry experiments, among other applications.
