Anti-DENND10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein DENN domain containing 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 357 amino acid residues and a mass of 40.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the endosome. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the DENND10 protein family, DENND10 is known to be involved with protein transport. Synonyms for this target antigen include family with sequence similarity 45 member A, protein FAM45A, and DENN domain-containing protein 10. DENND10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species.
