Anti-FAM133A antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein family with sequence similarity 133 member A. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 248 amino acid residues and a mass of 28.9 kDa. It is a member of the FAM133 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include protein FAM133A and cancer/testis antigen 115. FAM133A gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the FAM133A antibodies listed below. ELISA and Flow Cytometry are also common applications.
