Anti-DNAJC18 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member C18. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 358 amino acid residues and a mass of 41.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the ER. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include dnaJ homolog subfamily C member 18 and DnaJ (Hsp40) homolog, subfamily C, member 18. DNAJC18 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the DNAJC18 antibodies listed below. In addition, Immunocytochemistry is also a common application.
