Anti-RASD1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ras related dexamethasone induced 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 281 amino acid residues and a mass of 31.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane, nucleus, and cytoplasm. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the RasD protein family, RASD1 is known to be involved with GPCR signaling pathways and the regulation of transcription. Synonyms for this target antigen include DEXRAS1, MGC:26290, dexamethasone-induced Ras-related protein 1, RAS, dexamethasone-induced 1, activator of G-protein signaling 1, and AGS1. RASD1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some RASD1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
