Anti-HSPA12B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein heat shock protein family A (Hsp70) member 12B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 686 amino acid residues and a mass of 75.7 kDa. It is reported to be highly expressed in muscle and heart. It is a member of the Heat shock protein 70 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include heat shock 70 kDa protein 12B. HSPA12B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog and chimpanzee species. Some HSPA12B antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
